I use a compassionate and integrative approach, blending Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness techniques, and Solution-Focused strategies. These methods allow us to address negative thought patterns, manage stress, and create healthier ways of responding to life’s difficulties.
I have experience working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds and specialize in helping teens and adults navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
