THERAPIST (she/her/hers) - Weekend and Evening Appointment Times Available
Emotional distress can deeply impact your daily life with strains on relationships, impulsive behaviors, a lack of direction or sense of self worth…the list goes on. Struggling and suffering is no way to go through life and I believe everyone has the potential to cultivate a fulfilling life full of purpose, clarity and confidence.
My goal as your clinician is to tap into this potential through collaboration and empowerment. Together we can develop emotional stability, resilience and stronger self-esteem while healing from trauma through coping skills, stronger self-awareness and clarified personal values.
I utilize a variety of approaches including DBT and systems theory, with a trauma-informed lens. I have worked with a range of clients including those suffering with addiction, personality disorders, gender minority trauma, violence, depression, and anxiety. I hold a Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Loyola University New Orleans
As someone who has benefitted personally from counseling, I know how intimidating it can be to ask for help and advocate for yourself. I look forward to building a trusting and supportive relationship with you on your path to your best life.
