Jeffery Mowery, M.A., LPC, LAC, ACS
President and Supervisor
Jeff is responsible for maintaining the vision of the company, developing relationships with partnering organizations, as well as overseeing the supervision process of developing clinicians from internship to fully licensed therapists. Jeff is the company founder and heart behind our passion of serving the underserved.
Jeff’s dream is that his life and this company will help future generations receive the mental health support they need to live a joyful and fulfilled life. His educational background includes a M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Liberty University as well as his current pursuit of a doctorate in Organizational Leadership in Behavioral Health from Grand Canyon University.
Melinda McCue
Human Resources
Melinda is responsible for overseeing practicing clinicians, our internship program, and the administrative team. She works closely with our President in integrating company visions and leadership team coordination, maintaining legal and ethical standards of practice.
Melinda was first exposed to the great need for providing the most vulnerable populations in our community at Penrose Hospital in downtown Colorado Springs. Here she saw that access to mental health resources could prove to be of great benefit to the community. Melinda's educational background includes a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and is currently pursuing secondary education licensure.
Caitlyn Kellogg
Marketing Department Leader
Caitlyn is responsible for developing marketing strategies, recruitment, and managing our content development team. She works closely with our leadership team in our mission of reaching more of the underserved communities as well as bringing in therapists who are passionate about providing accessible, quality mental health services.
Caitlyn is passionate in advocating for mental health reform and has additional experience as a Case Manager within Hope Mountain. Her educational background is with a B.S. in Psychology from Grand Canyon University and is currently pursuing her M.A. in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School.
Brittany Norris
Intake Coordinator
Brittany is responsible for assisting clients with the intake process, coordinating referrals, and ensuring goodness of fit between clinicians and clients. She works closely with the marketing department to maintain the company mission of reducing barriers and waiting times for clients getting into therapy.
Brittany is a Colorado Native and has been passionate about serving the community since she was a child. Her background is as a Registered Behavioral Technician working with kids on the spectrum. Mental Health care is a top priority to her and she’s grateful to be able to assist others in their journey. Brittany can be reached at our main office: (719) 465-0900.
